General Studio Questions

Where do I pick up my photos?

Following your photography session, you will pick up purchased images at the Photo Center within the store.

What is your refund policy?

Refunds for printed photos can be made for photos returned within 90 days of the original photo session. Refunds are not available for digital image or CD products.

How many people can I have in one session?

Groups of 2-3 work best, stop by the studio to discuss a larger group.  

How do I schedule an appointment?

Simply visit a PictureME location during event times and our photographers will be happy to photograph you! Appointments are by walk in only, and on a first come, first serve basis.

How do I place a reorder?

Reorders for the photos you purchased can be made on our Online Shop.

Do you supply props?

PictureME studios have a supply of props that fit with the event, (e.g., Super Hero events have super hero props). You are also welcome to bring your own props from home.

Do you offer products other than photo prints?

Following your session, you will receive a link to our Online Shop. Here you can purchase additional prints and products such as mugs, enlargements, canvas wraps and more, of the photos you ordered.

Do you allow outfit changes?

Outfit changes are not encouraged.

Do I have to pay a session fee?

There is not a session fee charged for participation in our photo events.

Online Images

How long does it take to get my photos?

Photos are produced by the Photo Center within one hour of purchase. After one hour, you can pick up your photos at any time during the normal Photo Center hours.

Can I get a copyright release for my photos?

If you order digital images, you will receive a copyright license with your order. If you are in need of a copyright license, contact our Customer Services department at # 1-866-880-7421 for availability.
